Getting Auto Loans After Bankruptcy?

Can I get an auto loan after bankruptcy?

Yes, in most cases you can still get an auto loan after a bankruptcy. In all cases, Chapter 7 Bankruptcy or Chapter 13 bankruptcy, the bankruptcy must be discharged.

You cannot have multiple bankruptcies for most of our lenders but we do have options for you. We work with an auto loan finance company that will accept you after multiple bankruptcies, but there are some limits on the amount that you may be able to borrow.

That's what makes this a good alternative for some who need transportation and must consider a bankruptcy auto loan to make it all happen. If your credit history has improved over the last few months after bankruptcy discharge, we will do our best to match up the right lender to your credit needs.
