The down payment amount will be determined at the time of approval by your selected lender. You may find that your lender does not require a down payment, but some lenders may require a down payment up to $1,000 or 10% of the sales price. Positive trade equity can be used towards your down payment. Work with your selected lender to determine your specific requirements.
